This Tutorial is for everyone, who is scared to try out Cheststands alone at home. You need a gymnastics ball, mine is about 60 cm. Its a full 30 min class, warm-up is already included. If you feel like you need some more exercises for your back first, feel free to do some bridges first 🙂
