First Cheststand Steps
This Tutorial is for everyone, who is scared to try out Cheststands alone at home. You need a gymnastics ball, mine is about 60 cm. Its a full 30 min class, warm-up is already included. If you feel like you need some more exercises for your back first, feel free to do some bridges first :)

Full Body Warm-Up
There are this days when you don't know what you want to stretch, is it a good back day? Or maybe a better Splits day... When you don't know where your body will lead you, this Video is your Warm-Up! It includes back & legs, its perfect if you wanna combine afterwards both of it like in Needlescales, Oversplits & Toes to head tricks.... Have fun!
Back Strength Workout
You can use this Workout as a Warm-Up, but its no upper back included! The last two exercises are in a bridge, as you can see my upper back is not open there. Focus on this exercises are to strengthen your lower back muscles and your glutes, to get a better active cobra or a better closed bridge.
If you wanna do backbending afterwards please do some exercises for your upper back (like wall stretches) too!
You can even enjoy a nice 15 min workout for your easy stretching days. :)
